Preparation of ingredients:
Tomatoes, corn, mushrooms, ribs, onions and ginger.
Exercise:
Blanch ribs, onions and ginger with wine, and fry tomatoes with hot oil to get soup; Stir-fry ribs evenly, add corn and mushrooms, then pour in appropriate amount of water, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, stew in pressure cooker 18 minutes, and stew in ordinary pot for 30 minutes. Add salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion to taste.
