Stir-fried rice flour ingredients: refined rice flour 1/2kg.
A little cabbage

Preparation method of fried rice noodles: (1) Soak rice noodles until soft, and shred Chinese cabbage, mushrooms, pork and carrots for later use.
(2) Stir-fry mushrooms and shrimps in an oil pan, add shredded pork, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot and seasonings (except minced garlic), stir fry together, and then add 4 cups of water to continue cooking.
(3) Put the soaked rice noodles into the soup and stir-fry until the color is even. After about 10 minutes, stir-fry on low heat until the water is dry, and then take out the pot.
(4) Sprinkle some bean sprouts and then pour some marinade and minced garlic when eating.
