1, cucumber corn porridge
Composition:
Appropriate amount of rice, half a cucumber, and a little corn (grain).

3. Fish porridge
Composition:
Appropriate amount of rice, fish floss and spinach.
Exercise:
Wash the rice, soak it in boiling water 1 hour, add water to the pot, boil it with high fire, and cook it with low fire until it becomes sticky.
Wash spinach, blanch with boiling water and cut into pieces.
Then put it into the porridge, add the fish floss and simmer for a few minutes.
4. Zucchini carrot porridge
Composition:
Pumpkin, rice, ribs soup in moderation.

Wash rice, add water, add sparerib soup and cook porridge together.
Wash and chop carrots and cook them together.
Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, wash and cut into pieces.
Cook the porridge until it is 80% cooked, and add the chopped zucchini.
Cook until the rice is rotten, add a little sesame oil and stir well.
5, cauliflower shrimp paste porridge
Composition:
Fresh shrimp, cauliflower, rice and millet are appropriate.
Exercise:
Remove the head and tail of shrimp, peel and mud, wash and chop.
Wash and chop cauliflower.
Wash rice and rice, add water and boil.
Then add chopped cauliflower and continue cooking.
Cook the porridge until it is 80% cooked, and add the shrimps.

6. Golden millet porridge
Composition:
50g of millet, 50g of sweet potato, and soybean kernel 10g.

Peel, wash and dice sweet potatoes.
Wash the millet and edamame.
Boil a pot of water, add all the ingredients, and turn to low heat after boiling 10- 15 minutes.
Turn off the fire, cover the pot and stew for about 5 minutes until the rice grains are cooked.
7.spinach and pear porridge
Composition:
Rice, spinach and pears each10g, water 70ml.
Exercise:
Soak the rice in advance, wash it, add water and put it into the pot to cook porridge.
Wash and blanch spinach and grind it with a grinder.
Pears are washed, peeled and pitted, and ground into mud with a pulverizer.
When the porridge is almost cooked, continue to add spinach and pears.
After cooking, filter it with a strainer.
8, ribs lotus root porridge
Composition:
Ribs, lotus root, tender tofu, 30 grams of rice.
Exercise:
After washing the ribs for 2-3 times, blanch and wash them.
Peel lotus root and cut into pieces.
Pork ribs, lotus root, onion and ginger, put them in a saucepan and stew them over high fire.
After boiling, skim off the foam, turn to low heat and continue cooking 1.5-2 hours.
Take out the lotus root ribs, let the soup stand for 10 minute, and skim off the oil slick.
Remove the bones and brittle bones of spareribs, add some sparerib soup and put it into a blender to stir it into mud.
