1. Open ppt first, then find the picture to insert and insert a picture. As shown in the figure below:

2. Place the picture in a suitable position, right-click the picture and select "Custom Animation" from the drop-down menu. As shown in the figure below:

3. In the "Custom Animation" edit bar, click "Add Effect", then select "Enter" and select the desired entry effect, such as "Gradient". As shown in the figure below:
