When making syrup, put the crystal sugar into a bowl, heat the water to 100, pour it into a sugar bowl, and stir it evenly until it melts. Then make green tea soup, boil the water to 85-90 degrees, and do not use 100 degrees of boiling water. Pour green tea into water and soak for 5 minutes. Green tea can be searched online for special green tea for fruit tea. For my weak tea, I use 8 grams of tea. If you like strong tea, you can increase the amount of tea to10-12g. The tea leaves have been filtered out, and what is left is the tea leaves we need. Let it cool.
Then I will prepare orange slices, orange pulp, orange juice and some ice cubes. A cup of fruit tea needs about 700 ml, which is about 2 oranges. When everything is ready, put the orange slices in the cup and put them on the side to look better. Add pulp. Then pour in syrup, green tea soup and ice cubes. Stir well. Note: This step is best combined with shaking the cup. My method is suitable for friends who don't have the Shunk Cup! After taking it, pour it into a glass.
If you are not in a hurry, add more ice before drinking. Ice cubes can be placed according to your own preferences. Note: the amount of syrup and tea in the formula is 2 cups of fruit tea and 1 cup of orange fruit tea! The amount of syrup is to adjust the sweetness. According to your own taste, it is of course sweet and delicious, and people who pursue health should put less.
