The purpose of setting up wooden sticks is to let the heat escape. Generally, people boil milk skin after dinner. When they get up the next morning, a thick and wrinkled skin will form on the boiled breasts. This is milk skin. When boiling the milk skin, sprinkle one or two sides or a little sugar into the pot from time to time to make the milk skin thicker and sweeter. Use an iron spoon to slit the milk skin from the edge of the pot, and use a thin wooden stick to pick it up so that the milk skin is folded into a semicircle. Place it in a cool and ventilated place (avoid the sun) to dry. The grass in summer contains a lot of water, and the quality of the milk is poor. The resulting milk skin will be wet and should not last forever.
