Part II: Meditation

This is not what we need for meditation.

What I want to emphasize is a state of meditation, a state in which I can calm down and concentrate on breathing, and even if I am absent-minded, I can gently put my thoughts back to breathing. The time can be long or short.

It's usually difficult to concentrate at first.

But if you can really get into this state, even for three or five minutes, the effect of meditation is very obvious.

Everyone's sleep has its own characteristics.

But a good sleep is to relax and restore our physical strength, so that we can accept the challenges of daily life.

It is wonderful to wake up naturally, or to stay in bed after waking up, but not everyone can get it at every stage.

More often, because of various tasks, we have to limit our sleep-through the least amount of sleep, we can also achieve the purpose of restoring our body and mind.

How to sleep effectively?

Effective sleep requires two things:

* To achieve the purpose of maximum physical and mental relaxation and restoration.

Even if I usually have time, I don't recommend spending too much time on sleep, because bed rest and beauty sleep are more to satisfy us to enjoy a completely relaxed state, and can't improve the quality and efficiency of sleep, that is to say, it is not sleeping in essence;

It is not recommended to stay up late when busy.

No matter how busy you are, you should spare a few hours, set an alarm clock to relax yourself, immediately go into a deep sleep and completely relax yourself. Even if I was woken up by the alarm clock later, my body function recovered well.

Exercise, meditation and sleep, three effective investments in body function, deserve our priority at any time.
