Recipe practice:
1. Cut beef into strips/Marinate with cooking wine, salt, pepper and a little sesame oil 10 minute.
2. 10 minutes later, add the eggs and grab them evenly.
3. Add a proper amount of starch, stir well and marinate for 10 minute.
4. Pepper/red pepper slices, onion, ginger and garlic slices.
