1. First, press the Jetsen pause key of the hotel to bring up the pending order transaction, press the up and down arrows to select a pending order, and press the Cancel key to cancel the pending order.

2. Pending bill means that the guest checked out without paying the bill, hung it in the computer system, and found the bill in the unsettled account when the guest needed it, and disposed of it.
