30 passion fruits
500 grams of rock sugar
Appropriate amount of honey
Sealed tank 1000ml
How to make passion fruit honey?
Soak the washed fruit in salt water for 10 minute, and then take out the dried fruit for later use.
Dig out the meat and juice and put them in a sterile and dry sealed jar.
Note: a layer of fruit juice and a layer of rock sugar will produce a small amount of bubbles when packed in a sealed can. Just gently stir with chopsticks.
(After filling it out, cover it with honey. If you like honey, you can put more, according to your sweet and sour preferences. )
This is what fruit honey does!

Tips:
This is nectar, not jam.
The whole process is dry and sterile. The jar I used was a 600 ml+400 ml Glasslock glass piggy bank. I boiled the pots, chopsticks and spoons one night in advance.
Honey has the function of sterilization and preservation. Be sure to put honey! I use native honey from my hometown, and it will be fine in a few years.
