Ingredients: Yunnan ham/glutinous rice/broad beans and peas/ginger and garlic.
Prepare:
1. Wash glutinous rice and soak it in water for half a day.
2. Wash and drain the broad beans and peas for later use, and cut the ham into pieces.
Exercise:
1. Heat oil in a wok, add ham fat and stir-fry oil, then add ham lean meat and stir-fry for five seconds, add broad beans and peas, add a spoonful of chicken essence and stir-fry for fifteen seconds, turn to low heat, add purified water (just submerged ingredients), spread glutinous rice on the ingredients, cover and stew for fifteen minutes, then stir-fry evenly.
