The reform of household registration system in Henan province is leading the country, and it is the first to implement online household registration management business in the country. Relying on the "internet plus" convenience service platform of Henan Public Security Bureau, 29 online applications for household registration management services have been realized, and the household registration business has been "external network application, internal network acceptance, pre-approval and one-time settlement". It is one of the four provinces in China that fully implement online household registration services.
