Article 3. business scope

Article 4. Operating period and payment of expenses

Article 5. Rights and obligations of Party A

2. Party A has the obligation to cooperate with the municipal and district health departments, industrial and commercial departments, food and drug administration and fire departments to handle relevant licenses and accept inspections.

8. Party A shall complete the basic decoration, water supply and drainage and fire fighting system of the canteen according to the investment agreement, and provide the water, electricity and gas needed by the canteen in place.

9. Party A has the right to supervise Party B's health, fire control, public security, comprehensive management and legal operation.

10. Party A has the right to investigate the economic and legal responsibilities for the food poisoning accidents that occurred in Party B's operation and management (subject to the appraisal by the local health and epidemic prevention department), and Party B shall be responsible for the compensation for the accidents caused by Party B's operation.

Article 6. Rights and obligations of Party B

1. Party B is solely responsible for the management of the canteen to ensure normal food supply and meet the needs of temporary reception; Party B is responsible for the salary and welfare of the canteen staff.

2. Party B shall do a good job in the health examination, pre-job training and disability treatment of canteen staff, who shall have 1 physical examination every year and take up their posts with valid health certificates.

3. Party B shall not transfer or sublet the management right of the canteen, and must maintain and maintain all the facilities and equipment of the canteen.

4. Party B must provide meals according to the work and rest system specified by Party A. In case of special circumstances (including reception tasks, etc. ), Party B shall cooperate or delay the provision of meals.

5. Party B shall do a good job in internal personnel management and safety education. In case of personnel disputes or personal safety accidents, Party B shall be responsible.

6. During the operation period, Party B shall be responsible for its own profits and losses and make independent accounting, and all operating expenses such as material expenses, personnel expenses and energy consumption incurred during the operation period shall be borne by Party B. ..

7. If Party B changes the kitchen infrastructure due to business needs, it shall report to Party A in advance and obtain the consent before implementation.

8. Party B must strictly implement the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the requirements of relevant health departments, and keep relevant food safety management accounts. It is strictly forbidden to sell spoiled or expired food. In case of food poisoning accident caused by Party B's operation, Party A has the right to ask Party B to terminate the cooperation unconditionally and investigate Party B's relevant economic and legal responsibilities.

9. Party B must do a good job of keeping samples of dishes, and the canteen management personnel shall designate a special person to register and keep samples according to the provisions on keeping samples of dishes. Keep all the dishes served during the meal, each sample is not less than 50 grams, and label it with the name of the dish, and keep it for 48 hours.
