I deliberately recorded all the things to be completed in detail in my notebook, and marked the severity of the things and the order of completion time differently. I go to check whether they have solved it in time every day, and the solved ones are also marked with symbols. However, sometimes the thinking is not deep and the consciousness of thinking ahead is lacking, which leads to the passive work sometimes. For example, the opening of interest classes, the arrangement of venues, and the procurement of materials for art classes have not been planned in advance and properly arranged; In addition, I am not familiar with the property quantity of items in each class, so the adjustment of some tables, chairs and children's bedding in each class can not be put in place in time; The management of the function room on the fourth floor is still blank, and there is no good management and standardization. Second, although more attention has been paid to safety work, safety inspection and investigation of potential safety hazards are still lacking, and sometimes problems are not found and solved in the first place.
This semester, I will also be directly responsible for the safety management of the whole park. I know that as the direct leader of safety, I have a heavy responsibility on my shoulders. Safety work is the top priority of all work in kindergartens. If there is no security, all the work in kindergarten is just empty talk. Fortunately, our garden has always been? Safety is above everything else? Carry out daily work, so teachers' safety awareness is still relatively strong. However, the intensity and awareness are far from enough in the safety inspection and investigation of the facilities and equipment in the whole park.
