1. Prepare a handful of sweet potato vermicelli, then add a proper amount of hot water to the vermicelli, and soak the sweet potato vermicelli in hot water for half an hour to completely soften it.
When I was a fan, some people said to use cold water, others said to use hot water. The best way is to soak the vermicelli in hot water, and the temperature should not be too high, just about 80℃.
2. After the vermicelli is soaked, cut off the root of the cabbage we bought and break it into pieces. Then we will put the prepared cabbage in the pot, fry it with medium fire until soft, and then we can season it. Add a spoonful of salt, a little soy sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and finally add some pepper and mix well. Then put the soaked vermicelli into the pot, add appropriate amount of water flush with the vermicelli, cover the pot and stew for three minutes.
5. It's time for stewing. Open the lid and put the cabbage leaves in the pot, stir well, then cover the lid and stew for two minutes. After the cabbage leaves are completely stewed, the food can be served.
