Ingredients: 400g of bean jelly, celery leaves10g.
Seasoning: vinegar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, coriander, onion, pepper oil, sugar.
Steps:
1. Rinse bean jelly with boiling water and cut into small pieces.
2. Coriander leaves and celery leaves. Chop chopped green onion.
3. Pepper, ginger and garlic are minced.
4. Put all the seasonings into the bowl.
5. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and pepper oil and soak for a few minutes.
6. Finally, slowly pour it on the jelly.
