Low flour 1 cup, half a tablespoon of baking powder, milk 1/4, fine sugar 1/4 cup, 2 eggs, cream 1 tablespoon, and appropriate amount of powdered sugar (sprinkled on the surface).
working methods
1. Preparation: After the cream softens at room temperature, beat the eggs into egg liquid with an eggbeater, add the cream and continue to stir evenly. Put the fine sugar into the pot and add 1/4 water to make syrup for later use.
2. Low flour, baking powder, sieving, adding 1/4 milk to make paste, and making paste.
3. Add the egg mixture and stir well. Oil pan gets hot.
4. Take a stainless steel spoon, rinse it in the oil pan, take it out, and pour in a proper amount of batter (this can prevent sticking).
Putting it in a hot oil pan is like frying deep-fried dough sticks. Very tall balls will fall out of the spoon by themselves, fry into gold and drain.
5. After all frying, brush a layer of sugar water on it, and then sprinkle with powdered sugar, and it will be fine.
Note: Fried Phoenix Pills are like fried fritters. The amount of oil should be sufficient, and the oil should be hot, so as not to cause the Phoenix Pill to stick to the pot because the oil temperature is too low.
It is best to fry them one by one. Heat is very important. After a long time, the color will not look good, and so will the fried dough sticks.
