Production method:
1. Wash the ribs, put them in a wok filled with cold water and cook for 5 minutes, then scoop up the water. After the cold water is boiled for the second time, put the ribs in the water and put a little salt at the same time. Boil for 30 minutes, then remove it and put it on a plate.
