"Bai Kui. Originally named "Dongchangshun", the Muslim Pavilion was opened in the 45th year of Qing Qianlong (1780), and its storefront is located at No.88, Miaojie, Long Fu, with a history of more than 200 years. Bai Kui was originally the name of the owner at that time. Because his roast mutton won the appreciation of customers, over time, people used to call "Dong Changshun" Bai Kui directly, but the name "Dong Changshun" was unknown to people. Later, Bai Kui offended a maid-in-waiting for some reason and was exiled to Xinjiang. The restaurant gave Jingfu. After four generations of operation, Jingjia was transferred to others. However, the technology and flavor of making roast mutton were inherited by Jing Shoushan, the grandson of Jingfu. After the founding of New China, in order to carry forward the traditional excellent food culture of the motherland, the relevant departments brought Jingshou Mountain back to teach technology, thus restoring and developing this almost lost delicacy.
1989, for the convenience of ethnic minorities living in Longfusi Street, Dongsi, the people's government changed the original Hanmin Zuixiange restaurant into the old Muslim "Bai Kui" and changed the original restaurant into a semicolon.
