1, requirements for isolated personnel
The objects of home medical observation are four groups of people, namely, close contacts and special contacts, migrants who have implemented "7+7", discharged patients and asymptomatic infected people who have been released from isolation, and other people who cannot carry out centralized isolation medical observation after professional evaluation.
2. Room requirements
If you have multiple houses, you'd better live alone. If there is only one house, choose a well-ventilated room as an isolation room and remain relatively independent. Try to use a separate bathroom and avoid using air conditioning. Indoor should be equipped with personal protective equipment such as thermometer, paper towel, mask, disposable gloves, disinfectant, disinfection products, covered trash can, etc. Tables and stools should be placed indoors as the handover point of non-contact transfer items.
3. Management requirements of medical observers
Home isolation should be carried out under the guidance of health institution evaluation and community management personnel. The daily life and diet of isolated people at home should be confined to the isolation room as far as possible. You don't need a mask to move in the isolation room. Wear a mask when leaving the isolation room to minimize contact with other family members, and the distance must be greater than 1 m. Refuse all visits, don't go out during home isolation, and other personnel should try not to enter this isolation room.
4. Protection requirements for ordinary passengers
Roommates or accompanying personnel shall comply with the requirements of home isolation management. When people living together with isolated people live together, they should wear masks regularly and change them in time. After any direct contact with the isolated person at home, or after leaving their living space, clean and disinfect their hands before and after meals, before wearing gloves and after taking off gloves, keep indoor ventilation, and do a good job in daily household cleaning and elimination.
5, accounting test requirements
During the 7-day home isolation period, it is generally necessary to carry out three nucleic acid tests. The time of nucleic acid detection is generally twice in the first three days, and the last day 1 time. Upon the expiration of the quarantine period, all the nucleic acid test results are negative, and the control is released. Some people who are isolated at home can continue to monitor and observe their health at home for 7 days.
