Audi channel number acquisition and basic setting method
The basic setting refers to the parameters set at the factory, which will change with the use of the vehicle. Preference and adaptation are used to adjust or restore these changed parameters (i.e. values) of the computer. The difference is that the basic setting is usually to monitor the corresponding sensor, the computer commands to drive the work, and the computer independently looks for the corresponding value. Self-adaptation means that the operator inputs a numerical value, and the electronic control unit passively receives the numerical value and executes instructions according to the numerical value. For example, if the throttle becomes dirty with the use of the vehicle, the throttle opening will become larger when the engine is idling. This is because if the throttle body is polluted, under the same opening, the intake air will decrease, which is not enough to maintain the rated speed of the engine, and the idle opening of the throttle will increase. After cleaning the throttle, if the previous large opening is maintained, the air intake will increase and the idle speed will rise. You can basically set the throttle with the machine, and adapt to this change through the learning function of the electronic control unit to meet the needs of idle speed. For example, the basic setting instructions 0 1-04-060 and 0 1 are the address codes of the engine control unit, 04 is the basic setting function code, and 060 is the channel. 0 1-04-060 tells the engine control unit to perform the basic setting of channel number 060 through VAS5052, and the system performs the basic setting operation according to the program to supply power to the throttle unit to reach the top dead center, that is, the maximum and minimum positions. Then, when the throttle position sensor (TPS) feeds back the voltage values corresponding to these positions to the engine ECU, the ECU knows the voltage range corresponding to the full throttle stroke, so it needs to open to a certain angle when working. Engine 0 1- engine configuration channel 00 1 electronic throttle (throttle body adaptation) introduces throttle adaptation, and when "matching adaptation: normal adjustment" is displayed. The mass air flow sensor in channel 002 detects the engine running G28 (idle speed) and preheating.
