Steps:
1, chopped onion, ginger and garlic.
2. Remove the shell and thread from the shrimps, add chopped green onion, Jiang Mo, 1 tablespoon light salt soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine and a proper amount of freshly ground black pepper, stir well and marinate for about 15 minutes.
