Stir-fry minced beef, stir-fry pine nuts, add salt, continue to stir-fry until dry, and then cook cooking wine. After cooking wine is steamed, put it into pickled beans, drain the water and stir fry over medium heat. Stir-fry thoroughly, add chicken essence and stir well.
