Beef tofu. Chili sauce
Ingredients: 65g beef powder or pork powder.
Other ingredients: 4g chopped green onion, 4g Chili sauce,10g douchi, pepper powder, minced garlic, bean paste, 200g fresh tofu, Chili powder, salt,130g chicken soup, horseshoe powder and rice wine.
Method:
1) Cut the tofu into 3 pieces, then boil it in boiling water for 3 minutes to remove the gypsum smell of the tofu, and then filter off the water.
2) Heat lard in another pot, add beef powder and lobster sauce, cook, and keep stirring for a few minutes.
3) Add Chili powder, bean paste, fermented soybean, Chili paste, rice wine, salt and minced garlic, and stir well.
4) Then add tofu and chicken soup, and simmer to make broth.
5) Add water chestnut powder before it is fully cooked, and then add chopped green onion, pepper powder and monosodium glutamate to provide better flavor.
