2. Enter the member center page, see all the member activities that have been opened, select the member activities to be refunded, and click.
3. Click More in the upper right corner and select Personal Center.
4. On the personal center page, see your personal information and order information, click More in the upper right corner and select My Order.
5. On the My Orders page, select the order you want to refund, and then click it.
6. On the pop-up order details page, click More in the upper right corner and select Apply for a refund.
7. In the pop-up page of applying for a refund, fill in the relevant information and click Submit to complete the refund application.
