Required materials: tofu, favorite dried vegetables, onion ginger, dried peppers, prickly ash, star anise, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, soy sauce, oil consumption, starch and chopped green onion.
Step flow:
Step 1: Cut the tofu into large pieces, fry it in the oil pan until it floats, then put it in a bowl with side dishes in the middle (as shown in the picture).
Step 2: Heat oil in the pot, add onion ginger, dried pepper, pepper and star anise, stir fry, and add appropriate amount of water.
Step 3: Then add proper amount of salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, soy sauce, oil consumption and seasoning, thicken with water starch, and then pour the prepared juice into a bowl.
Step 4: Then steam the bowl in a steamer for 30 minutes, take it out, buckle it in a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
