Ingredients:
300 grams of shrimp; 2 sticks of celery; 1 spoon of salt; 1/2 spoon of chicken essence; 2 spoons of oil; 2 spoons of minced ginger; 1 spoon of cooking wine; 1 spoon of starch
The steps are as follows:
1. Remove the sand lines from the shrimps and wash them, then use kitchen paper to absorb the water. Add minced ginger, a small spoonful of cooking wine, a small spoonful of dry starch and 1/2 Spoon salt to marinate.
