Chinese sauerkraut old duck soup
Main ingredients:
800g duck and 1 pickle.
Accessories:
Appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, medlar and ginger.
Steps:
1. First clean the duck and cut it into small pieces;
2. Clean sauerkraut and cut it into fine pieces;
3. Boil the water in the pot, pour the duck meat and drain the blood;
4. Remove the blood from the duck, clean it with cold water and put it away for use;
5. Add ginger to the pot;
6. Add the processed duck meat;
7. Stir the duck meat evenly, and the flavor is rich;
8. Add a proper amount of cooking wine;
9. Pour in sauerkraut;
10. Continue to stir-fry until the color of sauerkraut becomes darker;
