I added a lot of water after taking photos, especially when cooking on the gas stove. Water evaporates very quickly. If you don't master it well, you'd better turn to the rice cooker for cooking.

Cooking porridge is good, because the rice has been fried, and it takes less time to cook porridge than usual. This kind of porridge will not become sticky no matter how it is cooked, because the starch has been carbonized, and losing weight is definitely not a problem, which is too suitable for summer. Charred rice has the function of promoting digestion and is also good for treating indigestion. It's best to eat in the cold storage.
