Recipe practice:
1. Half a chicken.
2. Take out the chopped pieces, boil the pepper water, cook the chicken with water, cook a tablespoon of wine, cook for three minutes without covering the lid, and take out the cold water to wash.
3. Soak the soft Agrocybe aegerita (the soaking method can be washed first, put in warm water, boil over low heat, and soak for half an hour, because Agrocybe aegerita is a little hard, and the taste will be worse if it is not soaked).
4. Heat three spoonfuls of oil in the pot, stir-fry the chicken with high fire, the chicken skin turns yellow and the meat is slightly dry.
