Adobe acrobat software is the official editing software in PDF format, and its function is very powerful. After the software is installed, a shortcut icon will be loaded in your word and excel software. If you want to convert, you can directly click this button in word, excel, etc. to convert your currently opened word, excel, ppt, etc. To PDF, here I am talking about converting PDF files from adobe acrobat software itself. As shown in the figure below, run the software and click Create PDF-from the file and then select your file software to create it directly. If the file is large, you should wait patiently for a while, then click Save directly after the conversion is completed, and the saved file is in PDF format. As shown below, if you want to create a PDF from multiple files, there will be the following dialog box. You choose to add the files you want to convert (the order of the files is adjusted by the up and down arrows) and then the next step is to combine and save the files in PDF format. PDF virtual printer (here we take PDF factory pro as an example, and the operation of other PDF printers is basically the same. Please make sure that the printing service "Print Spooler" of the system is not disabled before installation! This method is more universal. Theoretically, any electronic file that can be printed can be converted into PDF files by this method, such as CAD files, PPT files, PCB files, picture formats, web pages and so on. I recommend using Microsoft OFFICE 27 or 21. If you use Microsoft office27 or the latest 21 software, congratulations, it is very convenient for you to convert office files such as word and excel into PDF.

if it's office 27, you only need to download a plug-in called save as PDF/XPS online, which is also a Microsoft work, so you don't have to worry about compatibility. after installation, there will be an option of "save as PDF/XPS" in the save as menu of office, and then your word, excel and other files can be directly saved as PDF files, as shown in the figure. As for the 21 version of Office, I haven't used it yet, but according to the introduction, I know that the function of saving as PDF has been directly integrated in 21, and there is no need to install any plug-ins, so it is more convenient to use.

WPS 27 and above I recommend the use level ★★★

WPS is the pride of our domestic software, and it is very convenient to operate and use now. Support for PDF files has been added since the 27 version. In 29, plug-ins can be installed to read PDF files directly. What I want to say here is to convert it into a PDF file.

open the file you want to convert with wps, and then export the file to adobe pdf file, and then pop up the output dialog box. just set it and save it. However, it is worth noting that sometimes the saved files will be larger, or the layout will be different from what you see in WPS. I haven't found the reason yet, which may be a compatibility problem, so I hope WPS can make persistent efforts and make better software. PDF plus and other softwares are recommended by me. ★★★
