I have made it countless times, it tastes better than desserts and it weighs a lot! I really love this taro paste overnight oatmeal cup. It is a dessert "meal replacement" during the fat loss period. It has a super rich taro paste flavor and milky aroma, a light sweetness, and is rich in layers and delicious!
1. Ingredients:
Oats, milk, chia seeds, yogurt, blueberries, taro puree + taro + purple sweet potato (for decoration, can be ignored)
2. Method:
