Tools/materials: chicken liver 500g, shallot 1 root, green pepper 1 root (spicy), and carrot half root.
Onion, ginger, garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, allspice powder, starch, sugar, vinegar, cooking wine, soy sauce and oil.
0 1 chicken liver was washed with clear water, drained and cut into pieces. Add a little salt, spiced powder and cooking wine.
Add starch, grab it evenly by hand and marinate for a while.
Peel the onion, clean it with clear water, control the moisture, and cut into pieces. Wash the green pepper with clear water, control the moisture, and cut into pieces.
Peel carrots, wash with clear water and cut into pieces. Cut onion, ginger and garlic into sections for later use.
Heat oil in a pan, add pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until soft.
Stir-fried chicken liver, add vinegar, cooking wine, soy sauce and a little sugar.
Stir-fry until the surface of chicken liver is firm, add onion and salt, and stir-fry until the onion is cut off.
Add green pepper, stir-fry, add monosodium glutamate, turn off the heat and take out the spoon.
