Carp tofu

Materials: 1 carp and 1 tofu.

Steps of carp tofu

Step 1. Prepare raw materials: carp.

Step two. Prepare tofu and ingredients.

Step three. Wash the fish, remove scales and fishy smell, and cut a few knives on the back of the fish, about an inch long.

Step four. Slice the tofu.

Step five. Pan-fry until golden on both sides.

Step six. Fry the fish until both sides are brown, and serve.
