Exercise:
1. Stir-fry cashews for later use;
2. Wash shrimps, remove mud and drain water;
3. Mix salt, sesame oil, chopped green onion and egg white evenly;
4. Soak the shrimp in method 3 and put it in the refrigerator 1 hour;
5. When the oil is hot, turn off the fire, drain the excess seasoning in the shrimp, add it into the oil and stir until cooked;
6. Filter off the oil and mix the shrimp and cashew nuts evenly.
