There was once a poem that was circulated on the Internet in Tagore's face and was praised by netizens as the most beautiful poem in the world. That is the furthest distance in the world, and everyone is familiar with it.

This poem also has a nice name-bird and fish.

However, history is always strikingly similar. 1000 years ago, in the late Tang Dynasty, the famous poet Li Shangyin also expressed the same sigh!

This poem, which is similar to "Birds and Fish", comes from Li Shangyin's "Five Willow Branches".

Li Shangyin wrote a lot of love poems in his life, but most of them are profound and obscure, so it is difficult to verify his skill, or even just a poet's understanding of love. There are only five poems, Willow Branches, which describe and describe a beautiful love tragedy in detail through the preface and a group of poems.

So why is the "willow branch" sacred and can make poets love it so much?

Of course, this "willow branch" is definitely not the branch on the willow tree that everyone sees. After textual research, "Liu Zhi" is a girl, a beautiful young girl.

An enthusiastic poet writes poems for a beautiful girl. Even if he only uses the cerebellum, everyone should guess that there must be a poet's unknown love story.

On the surface, however, this set of love poems does not involve human love, but selects the images of animals and plants, such as "flower house", "honey spleen", "clove", "melon", "willow branches", "lotus leaf" and "Yuanyang" throughout.

In fact, the author uses metaphors to express his feelings through a set of metaphor sequences composed of metaphor symbols. However, if we understand the poem alone, we can only see the poet's concrete experience, while the ontological thought needs to be combined with the stories in the sequence.

First, the preface tells the story of Herry Liu: My father was a rich businessman, but when he was out, he was drowned by a storm.

Then he explained Herry Liu's hobby: he loved to enjoy the beautiful flowers and plants in the garden, playing Ye Er, chewing stamens, or fiddling with the strings, picking up the flute tube and playing magnificent music and sad music like a storm.

Then write about the love between her and the author:

One day, one of Li Shangyin's cousins asked Shan to dismount next to Liu Zhi's house and recite "Four Poems of Yantai". Herry Liu was shocked and asked, "Who can have such feelings?"

Let Shan tell her, "My cousin Li Yishan did this."

So, Herry Liu tore his clothes, tied a knot and asked Dashan to invite Li Shangyin to meet him.

The next day, Li Shangyin and Mao Shan rode side by side to the door of the willow branch. The willow branch was tied with a double bun and his arms crossed under the door. He pointed to the poet and said, "Are you a poet? We have a festival in three days, and I want to burn a furnace of Boshan incense and wait for you. "

Li Shangyin readily agreed.

But a friend of Li Shangyin stole his luggage as a prank. He had no choice but to go with his friends, so he and Liu Zhi stood me up three days later.

When it snowed in winter, Li Shangyin's cousin asked Khan to see him. He asked about the willow branches and told Shan Yu to tell him, "The willow branches were married by the princes of the Eastern Jin Dynasty. Yishan was so sad that he pretended to write Five Poems of Willow Branches and asked his cousin to write about the former residence of Willow Branches.

The preface simply narrates the story between the author and Herry Liu, explains the reasons and background of creation, but more describes the beautiful image of Herry Liu.

Although Liu Zhi was the daughter of a businessman, her father died young, but her mother loved her and her family was rich, so she was able to grow up happily and freely, thus developing her lively, innocent and willful character. This can be seen from "she is seventeen years old, but she is still impatient to dress up, and often goes outside to play music before dressing up" and "she is so devoted to music that others dare not hire her".

In the society at that time, a girl of 17 years old should have devoted herself to dressing up and seeking a beautiful marriage, but Herry Liu was not bound by these things, but abandoned them for her own hobby. She lives wantonly, and she lives for herself.

At the same time, she is also a girl full of poetry and talent. She likes to enjoy the beautiful flowers and plants in the garden, play the Ye Er, chew the stamens, or fiddle with the strings. She can pick up the flute and play magnificent music and sad music like a storm.

Moreover, she has a unique understanding of poetry, so when the poet's cousin recited four of Yantai's most miserable poems in front of her, she excitedly asked, "Who can have such feelings?" Yishan's poems are obscure, but Herry Liu knows him, and she is his bosom friend, which also laid a solid foundation for their love.

Liu Zhi is also a man of temperament. After hearing "Four Poems of Yantai", he will ask the author excitedly. At this time, she completely forgot the etiquette of women in the boudoir, but could not help asking the author of the poem she loved.

Then she tore her clothes, tied a knot, and made an appointment with Li Shangyin for three days, all of which violated the etiquette of boudoir women, but she boldly pursued her love regardless of ethics. Didn't this reflect her nature?

Of course, she is also very beautiful, otherwise the eastern governors would not marry her. And how can such a beautiful and talented innocent girl not let the poet move? It is such a young girl who deserves the same talented poet.

However, through the preface, we can see Herry Liu's heart, but we can't see the poet's friendship-just because of a friend's prank, we stood up.

Is it that the poet has no feelings for her? The answer is naturally no, otherwise, the poet would not deliberately leave these five "willow branches" for the willow branches, and these five "willow branches" are the embodiment of this friendship.

So why can't a lover get married?

The answer lies in this poem-"different classes at the same time"

Although this poem describes different kinds of bees and butterflies on the surface, it obviously can't fool people with "critical eyes", which obviously refers to the "different kinds" between poets Li Shangyin and Herry Liu.

The Tang Dynasty inherited the Southern and Northern Dynasties. Although the gate system has collapsed, the influence of hierarchy still exists, and many Tang people still emphasize the equality of family status when they intermarry.

Obviously, Li Shangyin and Liu Zhi are very different.

According to the Preface, Herry Liu was the daughter of a merchant, and in ancient times, she emphasized agriculture and suppressed commerce, so the merchant's status was relatively low. Therefore, willow branches are people who live at the bottom, just like fish diving into the deep sea.

Li Shangyin once claimed to be a member of the same clan as the royal family in the Tang Dynasty, and his great-grandfather, grandfather and father were also officials in the DPRK. Li Shangyin himself has now embarked on the road of praise. So after Li Shangyin became an official, he flew like a bird in the sky.

The furthest distance in the world is that I am an official and you are a businessman. How can you love each other if you are not the right person?

But after reading the preface, I found a contradiction-the warlord married Herry Liu.

According to the marriage system of the Tang Dynasty, it is impossible for the eastern princes to marry the daughters of merchants with low status. There is only one possibility, that is, to be concubines.

Then the problem comes again. Li Shangyin can't marry Herry Liu, but he can take her as his concubine. How can there be the melancholy of falling in love and not being together?

Unfortunately, Li Shangyin can't.

When Li Shangyin wrote Five Poems of Willow Branches, it was about 835 AD in the ninth year of Daiwa in the late Tang Dynasty.

In the second year of Wenzong (837), Li Shangyin obtained the qualification of Jinshi. He has failed many times before this. It is difficult to verify the year when Li Shangyin first applied for the World Heritage. Some people think that even before 10, that is, in the second year of Emperor Wenzong Taihe (828), Li Shangyin began his long and arduous road of applying for the World Heritage.

So when Li Shangyin and Herry Liu met and fell in love, it was the period when he went all out to win fame. At the moment, he cares about his own career and has no intention of taking care of his children.

Or maybe, he is waiting to be the first with lofty aspirations, and then he will go back to accept his precious and beautiful mother.

But on the day of goodbye, I learned that that beautiful woman had become someone else's wife, so that beautiful and affectionate girl became Zhu Shazhi in the heart of a mountain. No matter how time flies, he will never forget it.
