Rice noodles, also called Shahe noodles, are flat and wide in shape. Rice flour is prepared by washing rice, grinding into powder, adding water to make paste, steaming in a cage, cooling and cutting into strips. Different from "kway teow". Shahefen originated from Shahe in the northern suburb of Guangzhou. After 100 years of continuous circulation, it has become a daily snack food in most parts of Guangdong.
