Notice on issuing a yellow warning for heavy pollution weather and initiating level III emergency response on time

According to provincial forecasts As a result of the consultation, a large-scale adverse meteorological process will occur in the inland areas of our province from December 20th to 24th. After consultation with the Municipal Heavy Pollution Weather Warning and Forecasting Group, it was decided after research that our city will issue a yellow warning for heavy pollution weather from 21:00 on December 19, 2021, and launch a Level III emergency response at 16:00 on the 20th.
All member units are requested to initiate emergency response in strict accordance with the "Weifang Heavy Pollution Weather Emergency Plan" issued by the Weifang Municipal People's Government Office. Among them, industrial enterprises must limit production and suspend production in accordance with the latest revised emergency emission reduction list. and other emission reduction measures; stop dust sources such as construction sites and construction operations that generate dust; strengthen the control of heavy-duty diesel trucks to minimize road transportation.
All heavily polluted weather emergency response member units are requested to promptly activate the heavy pollution weather emergency plan or special plan for their respective jurisdictions, departments, and units as required, and implement emergency emission reduction measures in accordance with the responsibilities determined in the plan. Supervise and inspect to ensure that all emergency emission reduction measures are implemented.
All member units must further improve their political position and must attach great importance to the response to this adverse weather process, perform emergency response responsibilities, do a good job in information release and disclosure, and report it at 10 a.m. every day.
