Preparation materials: one egg, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of water and appropriate amount of white vinegar.
1. Stir the prepared eggs in a clean container for later use.
2. Add 2-3 bowls of water to the pot, add vinegar and salt, bring to a boil, and turn to low heat.
