Knowledge-based poverty alleviation refers to the dissemination of knowledge and technology, systematic and scientific use of knowledge to help the poor, so as to achieve fundamental and long-term development. Economic poverty alleviation means giving people fish, while knowledge poverty alleviation means giving people fish.
