Ingredients: a piece of tofu, a ham sausage, a small dish of chopped green onion, a spoonful of bread crumbs, two eggs, half a bowl of potato starch, half a spoonful of spiced powder, half a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of salt and pepper, and half a spoonful of Chili powder.
Steps:
1. Crush tofu, add diced ham, chopped green onion, bread crumbs, eggs, potato starch, five-spice powder and light soy sauce, and mix well.
