1, using odds and ends of home cloth ~
Cut the fabric with auxiliary cotton according to the shape in the above picture. If your fabric is thick enough, you don't need auxiliary cotton.
2. First, make the parts of goldfish, align the tail and the front of pectoral fin inward, put an auxiliary cotton pad at the bottom, and sew the three layers together; A single piece of cloth for dorsal fin is folded in half and spread on the auxiliary cotton, and then the edges of both sides of the hem are sewn; Trim the seams properly after sewing.
3. Start connecting the head and body of goldfish. Be careful not to forget to put the pectoral fin between them. When sewing, first fix two pectoral fins at the joint of two heads (marked on the pattern), and then lay two pieces of body cloth to align with the edge and fix them.
The 4 and 3 parts are sewn together and opened to complete the sewing of the left and right sides of the goldfish.
5. Next, start sewing the goldfish's back and tail. Similarly, first fix the dorsal fin and tail in the middle at the corresponding position on one side, and then lay the other side of the body for alignment and fixation.
6. Sew the goldfish back and tail from beginning to end.
7. Finally, connect the belly of the goldfish. First, align and fix the front and rear points of the abdomen with the front and rear seams of the body, then fix the rest parts properly, and then sew. When sewing, leave a small incision (about 5CM long) on the side near the tail end.
8. Turn the goldfish to the front, and then put the filling cotton into the goldfish from the left opening.
9. Finally, use mushroom buttons and non-woven fabrics to make goldfish eyes. Because there is a support on the back of a single mushroom button, it is impossible to fit it very well when sewing, so you can cut out a slightly larger circular non-woven fabric, buckle a hole in the middle of the circular non-woven fabric, and then pad it on the back of the button to sew it! Moreover, the combination of mushroom buttons and non-woven fabrics of different colors will also produce different effects!
