Ingredients: old tofu 400g eggs 1.
Seasoning: starch, peanuts, white sesame seeds, shallots and garlic.
Pepper noodles, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper oil, cold boiled.
Exercise:
1. Put a proper amount of Chili noodles, allspice powder, white sesame seeds, chopped peanuts, chopped green onion and minced garlic into a bowl, pour in hot oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, half a teaspoon of salt and sugar, and 1 teaspoon of pepper oil, and mix well with a little boiled water.
2. Cut the tofu into pieces, wrap it with starch, dip it in egg liquid, fry it in oil until both sides are golden, add water and mix well.
Tips:
When wrapping starch, spread it evenly to avoid small pieces of dough that are easy to fry.
