Composition:
Two green peppers, two hams, two eggs, some onions, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
1. First cut the green pepper, slice the ham, beat the eggs into a bowl, and cut the shallots into sections for later use.
2. Stir the eggs, fry them and take them out. In another oil pan, add the green pepper sausage and stir-fry until cooked, and add the eggs.
3, add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, stir fry evenly.
