First, scald the smoked bean skin with boiling water, and you can pick it up in about a minute.

Drain the moisture in the smoked bean skin and let it cool.

Wait until it is completely cool before cutting, otherwise the bean skin will spread out automatically.

Mix sauce: grind garlic and ginger into mud and add them according to personal preference.

Then add other seasonings according to taste preference: raw Chili sauce, grapefruit pepper, soy sauce, mushroom oyster sauce and black vinegar.
