3. Stir-fry the ginger and garlic in the enamel pot first, and then stir-fry the duck feet with blanched water for a while.

4. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, steamed fish and soy sauce, add sugar, fragrant leaves, cinnamon, star anise, dried pepper, pepper and seasoning after adding water.

5. After the water is boiled, turn it to low heat. It takes about an hour to dry the soup!
