How to cook chicken breast as follows:
1. Slice the chicken breast, pour in two spoons of cooking wine, two spoons of light soy sauce and one spoon of oyster sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Make a sauce: put spicy millet, hot pepper rings, white sesame seeds, and chili powder into the hot oil in a bowl, add two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of mature vinegar, one spoon of oyster sauce, and one spoon of oyster sauce. Spoon sugar and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken breasts and fry until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with coriander, pour in the prepared sauce and mix well.
