Raw materials:
Lycium barbarum 100g, chicken 800g, yellow wine 60g, sesame oil 15g, ginger 2g, salad oil 15g and salt 2g.
Exercise:
1. Wash chicken, cut into pieces, and marinate with 30g wine, sesame oil and ginger.
2. After the oil is poured into the pot and heated, add the marinated chicken pieces and stir fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add 1000g water, 30g wine, Lycium barbarum and salt, and cook for 10 minute until cooked.
(2) Stewed chicken soup with mushrooms
Raw materials:
1 chicken, 10 mushroom, ginger, onion, cooking wine, salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash the chicken.
2. Soak the mushrooms in warm water (about one hour).
3. Cut the chicken into pieces, put it into the pot, pour enough cold water, boil it, and skim the floating tail.
4. Add ginger slices and shallots.
5. Pour in a little cooking wine.
6. Pour the water for soaking mushrooms (note that there will be dirty sediment below, so don't pour it together).
7. Add the soaked mushrooms.
8. Bring the fire to a boil, and turn to low heat for about an hour and a half.
9. Wait until the chicken can be easily penetrated with chopsticks, and then add a little salt to taste.
(3) Stewed chicken soup with red dates
Raw materials:
Sanhuang chicken 1, red dates, chopped green onion, salt, and 2 slices of ginger.
Exercise:
1, three yellow chicken hair and viscera.
2, then clean and cut into large pieces, put them in boiling water and float for a while.
3. Take the soup pot, add water to it, and put the chicken with water.
4. After boiling for 10 minutes, add red dates and salt, put two pieces of ginger and cook for 1 hour.

(4) yam stewed chicken soup
Raw materials:
Soil 1, yam 1, medlar 1, onion ginger, cooking wine, salt (which is more nutritious, stewed hen or rooster? )
Exercise:
1. Clean the abdominal cavity of the chicken, cut it into small pieces, wash the onion and ginger, slice the ginger, and beat the onion into onion knots.
2. Put the cut chicken pieces into the pot, add enough cold water and bring to a boil.
3. Remove floating foam.
4. Add a tablespoon of cooking wine.
5. Add ginger slices and onion knots.
6. After boiling, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
7. Peel the yam and cut it into small pieces, put it in the pot, and continue to cover it for 10 minutes.
8. Wash Lycium barbarum with clear water, put it into the pot, cover it with stew 10 minute, and season with salt.
