Ingredients: prepare half a catty of clams, 200g of tofu, salted ham 1 slice, onion 1 root, 2 slices of ginger, broth 1 bowl, salt 1 teaspoon and appropriate amount of white pepper.
Exercise:
1. Wash the clams with cold water several times, put them in clear water for 2 hours, and spit out the sediment for later use (putting a little sesame oil in the water can make the clams spit out the sand as soon as possible).
2. After the pot is hot, cut the bacon into small pieces and put it in the pot for frying, then add the onion and ginger for frying (a little oil will seep out of the bacon itself without putting oil in this step).
3. Pour in a bowl of broth and bring to a boil. Add diced tofu and bring to a boil.
4. Add clams to medium heat, cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Finally, add salt and white pepper.
Efficacy: Huajia tofu soup tastes delicious. Regular consumption can nourish the stomach, strengthen the spleen and stimulate appetite.
