Steps:
1. Cut the tofu into pieces of suitable size and thickness and spread them on the baking sheet.
2. Mix salt, chili powder, and cumin powder evenly, and sprinkle evenly on the tofu. After sprinkling one side, turn the tofu over and continue to spread the seasoning evenly.
3. Drizzle the soy sauce and peanut oil evenly on the tofu. Use as much water as possible. Do not use a brush to avoid the seasoning powder sprinkled on the tofu being brushed off.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle shelf for about half an hour. Sprinkle with chives one minute before taking it out of the oven.
02. Grilled eggplant
Ingredients: eggplant, chili powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onion, millet pepper;
Method Steps
1. Cut the eggplant in half and make a few cuts horizontally and vertically to make it more flavorful when grilled.
2. Cut the millet pepper into rings, cut the garlic into very fine pieces, and cut the shallot into chopped green onions.
3. Take a clean small bowl, add chopped green onion, minced garlic, salt, light soy sauce, cumin powder, pepper powder, chili powder, oil, stir well and marinate for 5 minutes.
4. Place the eggplant on the baking sheet, brush it with a layer of oil, pour the prepared sauce evenly on it, and then put it in the oven!
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance, put the eggplant in and bake for 15-20 minutes. If you like it soft, you can bake it for a while.
03. Toast pizza
Ingredients: 1 egg, half green pepper, 1 slice of toast, 2 small tomatoes, appropriate amount of tomato sauce, salami slices Appropriate amount, appropriate amount of shredded mozzarella cheese
